What is your return & exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our business and the thoughtful, curated nature of gifting, all orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
That said, your experience means everything to us. If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped from our studio, we’re happy to assist with a cancellation request.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to offer cancellations.
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@bc-we-love.com if you need assistance with your order.
My package arrived damaged. Now what?
We’re so sorry to hear that. Every order is packed with great care, but occasionally damage can occur during transit.
Please email us at info@bc-we-love.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping box
- Any damaged products
This allows us to quickly file a claim and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
