At bc we love, every order is thoughtfully packed and prepared with care. Many of our gifts are intended for meaningful moments, and we understand the importance of timely delivery.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted in the notes section of your order. 

During holidays, collection launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to communicate any delays as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Ready to Send Gifts

Our curated gift boxes are beautifully prepared and ready to send directly to your recipient.

You may ship gifts directly to loved ones and include a personalized gift message at checkout. Pricing information is never included in gift shipments.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, destination, and timing of your order.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed once a package is in transit.

Sympathy & Time-Sensitive Deliveries

We understand many of our gifts are sent during moments of grief, loss, transition, or support. While we strive to ship all orders promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package has been handed to the carrier.

If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us prior to purchasing at info@bc-we-love.com and we will do our best to assist.

Holiday Shipping Delays

Carrier delays may occur during holidays, severe weather events, or high-volume shipping seasons. bc we love is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our studio.

We encourage customers to place holiday and time-sensitive orders early whenever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, bc we love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@bc-we-love.com and we will help file a carrier claim when applicable.

Please double-check all shipping information before placing your order, as we are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@bc-we-love.com and include photos of:

  • The outer shipping box
  • Packaging materials
  • Damaged items

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and send a replacement if applicable.
